Discover the fascinating world of Bryan Pearce who was born and bred in St Ives. He was diagnosed with a congenital disease Phenylketonuria which affects the development of the brain, but after his mother introduced him to painting he became an avid artist observing places he loved in St Ives. After taking lessons at St Ives School of Painting he soon began exhibiting with the Penwith Society of Artists and Newlyn Society of Artists, from then on, his work was shown in galleries and museums in London and across the country.
